We're looking for a Junior Backend/Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. You'll work on challenging projects using modern serverless architecture and AI-native tooling, with mentorship from senior engineers.
Work Model:
- -Start: 100% Remote
- -Q3-Q4 2025: Transition to hybrid with office in Caracas
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.
Requirements
- -0-2 years of experience with demonstrable projects in TypeScript/Serverless
- -Advanced TypeScript proficiency
- -Experience with AWS Lambda
- -Understanding of Serverless architecture
- -Familiarity with modern stack (Node.js, Turborepo)
- -Native proficiency with AI tools and modern development practices
- -Ability to work autonomously in distributed environments
- -Product ownership mindset, not just coding
Responsibilities
- -Develop and maintain serverless backend services
- -Build full-stack features using TypeScript and modern frameworks
- -Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture decisions
- -Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- -Contribute to internal tooling and developer experience
- -Work directly with stakeholders on product requirements
Nice to Have
- -Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- -Familiarity with tRPC, Prisma, or similar tools
- -Background in building APIs and microservices
- -Open source contributions
- -Spanish language proficiency
