Senior Backend/Full-Stack Developer

We're seeking a Senior Backend/Full-Stack Developer to help lead our technical initiatives. You'll architect solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering excellence across projects.

Work Model:

• -Start: 100% Remote
• -Q3-Q4 2025: Transition to hybrid with office in Caracas

Compensation:

Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.

• -3-5+ years of experience with serverless architecture
• -Experience leading and architecting projects
• -Advanced TypeScript proficiency
• -Deep expertise with AWS Lambda and serverless patterns
• -Strong understanding of modern stack (Node.js, Turborepo)
• -Native proficiency with AI tools and modern development practices
• -Ability to work autonomously in distributed environments
• -Product ownership mindset, not just coding

• -Architect and lead development of serverless backend systems
• -Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• -Drive technical decisions and best practices
• -Design scalable, maintainable systems for long-term projects
• -Collaborate directly with clients on technical requirements
• -Contribute to engineering culture and standards
• -Own features from conception through deployment

• -Experience with PostgreSQL and database design
• -Familiarity with tRPC, Prisma, or similar tools
• -Background in infrastructure and DevOps
• -Experience building and maintaining design systems
• -Open source contributions or maintainer experience
• -Spanish language proficiency
